Michael has served in the financial services industry since 1992, primarily working with those in  the Western New York and Rochester areas. As an affiliate of Northeastern Financial Partners, he has access to a wide range of financial products and services through many different companies. These include retirement planning, estate planning strategies, wealth accumulation, college funding, risk management and business and succession planning.


Michael obtained an MBA in finance from Canisius College in 2000, and has since earned several industry recognitions. He is currently a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), which is an international and independent association comprised of life insurance and financial service professionals. He is also a five-time ACE (Achieving Client Excellence) conference qualifier, which made him one of the top financial representatives within the John Hancock Financial Network. He currently lives in Clarence Center with his wife and two children.

Since joining the financial services industry in 2006 with John Hancock Financial Network, Len has developed a rich understanding of life insurance, investment management, tax implications and estate planning. His practice focuses on helping families and small businesses protect and grow their personal and generational wealth. Len’s passion in his practice, enthusiasm and success stems from one simple truth: he absolutely loves what he does.

 After graduating from the University at Buffalo’s School of Management with a concentration in finance, Len went on to earn his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation after completing the rigorous requirements and challenging examinations.

Throughout his years in the industry, Len has gone on to earn important designations including Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Accredited Wealth Manager Advisor (AWMA®), which he earned for his knowledge in proper portfolio design. Len is, in addition, a member and past board member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).  

Because of his qualifications for the Million Dollar Roundtable over the course of 10 consecutive years, Len has earned a life membership to the organization. Additionally, these qualifications have earned Len a spot at the higher “Court of the Table."

Len is also a national qualifier for Signator’s Achieving Client Excellence “ACE” Meeting. This honor allows top producers to attend practice advancement meetings in destinations throughout the world including Hawaii, Miami, Las Vegas and Alaska.  

Len currently resides in scenic Orchard Park with his beautiful wife, Dana. He and his wife have four little advisors-in-training: Nicholas, Ella, Anna and Sophia.
